Ron Jye Enterprise Co., Ltd.
Since 1991, Ron Jye Enterprise has built up more than thirty years of milling and fixture experience, and thirty years of knowledge scattered across folders and the heads of its senior staff.

Finding an old drawing took longer than drawing a new one
At a hundred and twenty people, drawings, SOPs and internal standards each lived in a different folder, or on paper. A new engineer handed a familiar-looking job starts by asking, “have we made something like this before?” The answer usually existed only in a senior colleague's memory. If it could be found, half an hour. If not, draw it again.
Turning the plant's documents into something you can ask
CADASU turned years of drawings, SOPs and internal standards into one searchable body of knowledge. Ask what press-fit tolerance to use for the bearing in a particular milling head and the system answers, with the source: which document, which page. For the first time, the judgement of the senior staff stays in the building in a form anyone can look up.
New hires get up to speed in half the time
Finding a past drawing or a standard fell from thirty minutes to three, and the time it takes a new engineer to run a job alone shortened by more than forty per cent.
“Our senior people's experience no longer leaves when they do. That matters to us more than the time saved.”
