A Yan Hui order is packed with module, tooth count, pressure angle, face width, material and heat treatment, and no two customers lay it out the same way. Office staff keyed those fields in one at a time, dozens of orders a day, and a single misplaced decimal point scrapped a whole batch of gears.
Fields land in the right cells by themselves
CADASU reads the customer's order or quotation, maps the specification fields and carries them into the shop's own system, with a person making the final check before it is submitted. A differently formatted customer document is, to the system, just a different layout.
Order errors gone, the office back to its real job
Entering an order fell from eight minutes to one, and remakes caused by keying errors dropped by ninety per cent. The office team put that time back into talking to customers and managing delivery dates.
